  • Items must be brand new, unworn, and in a resalable condition—this means tags attached, in original packaging, unwashed, and free from stains, pet hair, or odors.
  • Returns that don’t meet these conditions will be sent back to you.
  • We do not cover the cost of return and exchange shipping, so please consider this when making a return.
  • We encourage you to refer to our size charts and choose the right product to help minimize extra shipping. This not only saves you time but also reduces carbon emissions—helping us work towards a more sustainable planet. 🌱

Processing Returns

We aim to process exchanges, store credits, and refunds within 10 days of receiving your return at our warehouse. Please note, this timeframe starts from the day we receive your item, not from the day you send it back, as shipping times may vary.

Returns for Full-Price Items

Changed your mind? No problem! For full-price purchases, we offer the following options if returned within 30 days of receiving:

  • Exchange for another item
  • Gift Card (valid for 1 year)
  • Refund

Returns can be processed through our Online Warehouse or Retail Store.

Returns for Sale Items

For sale items, returns are eligible for:

  • Exchange for another item
  • Gift Card (valid for 1 year)

Sale items must be returned within 30 days of receiving to our Online Warehouse or Retail Store.

Additional Return Details

  • Exchanges: Once your exchange has been dispatched, standard delivery times will apply. You will receive a confirmation email when your new order is on its way.
  • Store Credits: A digital gift card will be sent to your email. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder.
  • Refunds: Once processed, refunds may take up to 5 additional working days to appear in your account. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
